Intuit's management tools continue to be the option of choice for small business managers.
In a survey conducted through the first five months of this year, Intuit's Quick Books office management systems were once again voted most useful.
Four reasons for their preference of Quick Books were cited in the poll returned by more than 500 business managers.
- Ease of use and simple to load and prepare the application to fit their individual operation.
- Ability to help identify mistakes made by the users and others in an integrated system.
- Support and ongoing updating which respondents said was outstanding.
- Record keeping became easier and more robust.
Interestingly, more than one in five respondent felt the ability to get answers via the web was not as easy as they had hoped.
More than 1,200 small business managers, four of five being presient/owners responded to the survey.
