Hosting a table at a trade show provides companies with crucial face-to-face time with their clients. But if the displays are poorly organized or don’t highlight the company’s attributes, the time will be wasted.
Capital Exhibits, a division of Universal Development Corp., was initially launched nearly 15 years ago to provide customers with cutting-edge graphic design for trade-show display products. The company recently launched a new Web site to underscore the importance of companies' strategically investing in their image.
The company has an on-site graphics team that works with clients to provide design layouts, and also offers an off-the-shelf system that the business describes as unique, user-friendly and suited for displays that need a quick turnaround, the company says.
The company uses a variety of sizes and shapes—banner stands, pop-up displays, truss systems, tabletop displays, table drapes, display-stand pieces and trade-show booths—to serve a variety of customers. The displays can be reused at subsequent trade shows.
To help clients showcase their company, Capital Exhibits also has customized its trade-show layouts. The layouts are created in conjunction with the client and can be delivered within two weeks of consultation with the client. The customized layouts are embossed with each company’s branding on the panels, which is copied from print artwork submitted and approved by each company.
